赵恩铭，博士，教授，副院长，硕士研究生导师，主要研究方向为生态环境信息化、机器视觉技术、高精度测量仪器等。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持省部级项目3项，申请专利20余项，其中授权16项；以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇，其中被SCI或EI收录22篇。
