任国鹏简介


1.基本信息:
任国鹏,男,副研究员,博士,硕士导师。

研究方向:应用信息科学、遥感和地理信息系统等技术手段,结合传统的野外调查方法,从事保护生物学和生态学相关研究。最近,与杨邓奇老师等同事合作,探索深度学习等机器学习技术在生态学领域的应用。

主讲课程包括:《地理信息系统》、《文献检索》、《生物统计》

2017年以来,在连续2届“挑战杯”课外科技作品竞赛中,指导本科生参赛,获云南省特等奖1项,二等奖2项。

2001 - 2007, 理学博士(硕博连读),保护生物学, 中国科学院大学/昆明动物研究所

1993 - 1997, 理学学士, 计算数学及应用软件,云南大学数学系 (本科在读期间,曾两次参加全国大学生数学建模竞赛,分别获得全国二等奖和云南省一等奖)
